      What are the best ways to help students who need to be absent for multiple days get caught up?

      Pacing suggestions to get students caught up who may have missed several CKLA or ELAR TX lessons.

      Tip 1: Teachers can share the images or read-aloud videos located within Amplify’s digital Teacher Guide for a specific missed lesson to provide an overview of missed content. 


      Tip 2: Teachers can choose to pre-record a lesson (if teaching remotely) and share with students. 


      Tip 3: Using the Lesson At A Glance table within each lesson introduction, teachers can structure a small group to revisit and reinforce missed content, as time allows.
